Founded in 1973 and supported by local Mennonite congregations, Mennonite Friendship Communities is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to providing a unique and rewarding lifestyle for retired seniors.
The 120-acre MFC campus lies in the graceful Kansas plains on the edge of South Hutchinson. Friendship Village offers you maintenance-free retirement living in a variety of residential models – single-family homes, duplexes, and apartments. Convenient and beautifully decorated commons areas enhance community life. A friendly and professional staff provides outstanding services. Activities include exercise classes, ceramics, choir, woodworking, day trips and much more.
Lease or contract options provide flexible financing for available homes on our campus. Building sites are also available for new construction of single-family or duplex homes.
Friendship Place offers income eligible apartments with all the benefits of community living.
MFC residents are a diverse group, bringing the rich heritage of their unique life experiences, faith traditions and cultural practices to enrich community life.
